We welcome new patients
Atlantic Smile dentists and team welcome new patients to join our dental family. We look forward to helping you with all of your dental needs.
Your first visit
Upon arrival you will be asked to complete a new patient chart which will include questions concerning your dental and medical history. You will receive a full oral exam and dental x-rays. The collection of this information will help your doctor create a personalized dental treatment plan for you.
Insurance Policy
You should bring all of your insurance information on your primary visit. We will, on your behalf, submit your treatment details to your insurance company. We urge you to know your own coverage, as we deal with many insurance companies and have no definitive knowledge of any given plan. We encourage you to call your insurance provider if you have any questions.
Financial Policy
Fees are due and payable on the day of service. We accept cash, debit, visa, mastercard, personal cheques and email transfers.
Cancellation Policy
We try to give our patients a courtesy call or electronic reminder about upcoming appointments. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. If a patient fails an appointment, our office reserves the right to charge a fee.
